I love capturing movement of waterfalls using a slow shutter speed so when I heard about Diana’s Baths Waterfalls, located in Bartlett NH on the North Conway town line, I knew I could take advantage of some fall, long exposure, waterfall shots! There was a short walk to these falls through the woods but the fall foliage in New Hampshire is the best. I didn’t know what to expect from these waterfalls, but when we got there, I could see why so many locals told us to visit them. These waterfalls were beautiful! Luckily I was prepared on this awesome fall day and brought my camera, tripod, wide angle lens, and filters to capture the beauty of these waterfalls. I set my fathers sturdy old Slik tripod in the fall leaves and began shooting the breathtaking falls. I used long exposure to capture silky movement, then used some black and white post processing techniques because some of the color was lacking since the sun was at a strange angle. I think the pictures I took show the beauty of these waterfalls and I’m happy with the way they turned out. This trip is an absolute must if you’re in the North Conway, New Hampshire area.
