Don’t let his appearance fool you, he’s gathering signatures in order grab a shot at being the president of the Czech Republic in 2013. The 53 year old is almost completley covered with tattoos from face to toe. The tattoos almost give him the appearance of being blue, but if you look closely you can see the detail.
